About Gather Therapy Collective

A therapy practice built on authenticity, trust, and the belief that healing happens through connection.

Our Story

Gather Therapy Collective was founded on a simple but powerful idea: people heal when they feel truly seen. After years of working in intensive treatment settings, community mental health, schools, and private practice, we saw how often therapy felt rushed, clinical, or impersonal — and how transformative it could be when it didn't.

We created Gather to offer something different. A space where you're not a diagnosis, a symptom, or a case file. A space where authentic connection comes first — and the work flows from there.

Our Mission

To provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that honors each person's full humanity — supporting individuals, couples, families, and parents in building lives of meaning, resilience, and authentic self-expression.

What guides us

What Guides Our Work

Authenticity

Real change requires real presence. We show up fully — and invite you to do the same.

Connection

Healing happens in relationship. The therapeutic partnership is the foundation of our work.

Evidence-Based Care

Our work is grounded in proven modalities — IFS, IFIO, EFT, trauma-narrative therapy, CPT/DBT, and more — tailored to you.

Inclusivity & Belonging

We welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, and lived experiences. Everyone deserves a space to belong.

Empowerment

We don't position ourselves as the expert on your life. Our role is to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

Who we serve

Who We Serve

We support people across many different stages and seasons of life.

  • Individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions
  • Couples seeking deeper connection and healthier patterns
  • Families working through dynamics, conflict, or change
  • Parents looking for support, coaching, and clarity
  • Mothers in pregnancy, postpartum, and the matrescence journey
  • Adults with diverse abilities, neurodivergence, or developmental considerations
  • Anyone seeking to deepen self-trust and live more authentically

Our Philosophy of Care

We believe therapy works best when it's relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in your unique story. We don't apply rigid frameworks — we meet you where you are, draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, and trust that you hold the answers you're looking for, even when they feel hard to access.

Our work blends depth (looking at root causes, attachment patterns, and the parts of you that carry pain) with practicality (real skills, real strategies, real change you can feel in your everyday life).
